- In Alkmaar SoccerLAB is everywhere! At the academy, medical department, first team, the management … even in the living room of their (academy) players. Why? Because the club has a clear vision on player development. SoccerLAB helps them to achieve their goals! Configured and customized on behalf of their needs, AZ is our proof of concept: since 2015 over 40% of their first team players are developed within their own academy!
